These techniques work well with issues such as:
Anger, anxiety, depression, emotional sexual dysfunction,

What can I expect from my first session?
Typically a first session of one hour will be conducted. This first session is called the ‘Detailed Personal History’. The purpose of this initial session is to uncover how you do your particular problem (unconsciously) and how you structure it in your mind and any other relevant information related to the problem.

Do expect to be asked questions related to the problem that you’ve never been asked before in your life. You can also expect the session to be very different from what you might have imagined - even if you’ve had therapy, coaching or counselling before. 


This first session will explore your past and present situation and problems.  From this, a plan as to what specific therapeutic interventions and time frames required will be determined.  Although certain specific problems such as phobias and stopping smoking can be handled from betwen 2-3 hours, as a general guide you should expect therapy to last approximately 6-8 hours in total (possibly longer if dealing with health issues). This is split over a number of one to one and a half hour sessions. 


Clients who have very tight schedules or who are travelling a long distance can choose a
Personal Breakthrough and have their sessions in one or two blocks. This is normally split over two consecutive days averaging 4 - 5 hours per day. This approach is very intensive but works extremely very well for clients with very limited time.

The good news is that the sessions are enjoyable and even with just the first session; clients often comment how much they have learnt about themselves. 


Key Requirements for Successful Change

  1. You need to be honest with yourself and you need to be honest with me.
  2. You need to be willing to let go of your problem. To be motivated and ready to change now. Don’t worry about ‘how’ you will let it go, that’s my job.
  3. You need to be able to follow instructions and follow the process exactly.
  4. You need to be of at least average intelligence (unfortunately the techniques are not very effective with individuals who are mentally challenged).  
  5. And lastly, you don’t need to believe that I can help you get rid of your problem but I will ask you to at least suspend your disbelief.

If you meet all of the above criteria then I can probably help you achieve a positive result. I am interested only in working with clients who want results.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
If sessions are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice (during usual office hours) then your session will be forfeited with 100% of the session fee due.
